Fuel Surcharge Effective October 1, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,
 
Due to the continued volatility and rising cost of diesel fuel, Andale Ready Mix Central, Inc. will implement a sliding fuel surcharge effective October 1, 2026.
 
The surcharge will be based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration’s Midwest (PADD 2) weekly retail price for on-highway diesel fuel. This independent, publicly available benchmarkcan be reviewed at EIA.gov.
 
The fuel surcharge will begin when the published diesel price reaches $3.50 per gallon. The surcharge will increase by $1.75 per delivered load for each $0.25-per-gallon pricing tier, according to the following schedule:

The surcharge will be determined twice each month using the most recently published EIA Midwest diesel price. Rates effective on the 1st and 16th will remain in effect through the 15th and last day of the month, respectively, and may increase or decrease as diesel prices change. The surcharge will appear as a separate line item on each invoice.

This approach provides a fair and transparent method of responding to changing fuel costs. If the published diesel price falls below $3.50 per gallon, the surcharge will be removed.
