About us

We’re proud to currently employ over 200 Kansans. Whether it’s buildings, infrastructure or civil works, we deliver a wide variety of solutions for your project.

01. Founded in 1972

Jim and Cindy Molitor began Andale Ready Mix Inc. in the small town of Andale, KS in 1972. In the year 2000, the two sons Pete and Bill Molitor took a hold of the business with ambition to keep it going and to make the business grow.

02. Strong Family Values

Andale Ready Mix was Named the 2018 Family Business by the Wichita Business Journal. It’s a simple, straightforward theory based on hard work and family values that has helped the company succeed in the almost five decades of management by the Molitor family.

03. solid work ethic

“Our parents were extremely hard workers and we grew up with strong family values,” the brothers say. “We were taught by example to work hard and treat others how you want to be treated. Also, we believe a strong relationship with God has kept us grounded and doing the right thing.”

04. Passionate Experts

We strongly feel that without the family environment, we wouldn’t have the foundation that we’ve created. Our employees work extremely hard for us because they know at the end of the day we will do almost anything for them. This shows by the quality of work they put out and the great attitudes they present to the customer and each other.

05. Safety Program

We are going strong with our fifth year earning the Morginson Safety Award. This safety award is given for achieving zero injuries in our field. Our high skilled drivers and trainers are the key to our success. Thank you to all our employees who care just as much as we do.

06.Community Driven

Over the past couple of years, we have donated over $87,988 to the Wounded Warriors project in efforts to help veterans live a better life. We donate time and money to the Ronald McDonald House of Wichita. We support our local colleges such as WSU and K-State through donations to help further the studies of countless engineering and business students.

Quality and Service

Over the last 40 years, Andale Ready Mix has developed into an amazing company. Since our father and mother started Andale Ready Mix in 1972, they have always held a strong belief in not cutting corners and serving our customers like they are part of our family.

Building on our values

We are always striving to do better day after day. Our values have guided us in this principle and remain one of the reasons for our success. Our commitment to our community shapes our daily lives. Throughout time, our purpose has been first and foremost to honor and glorify God and to serve our fellow man.

Paint a Truck

At Andale Ready Mix Central, Inc,  we believe we’re more than a business. We’re a member of the community we serve. We know that our long-term success is directly linked to the support of our customers and the communities we service.

As a successful member of the business community, we have a responsibility to help those who are less fortunate and to contribute to the common good. Schools and non-profit organizations do so much to help the local communities that all of us are a part of; but they can’t do it alone. Investing in these institutions that have assisted so many others is our way of giving back and making a positive change in someone’s life. With that in mind,

Andale Ready Mix has created our Paint-A-Truck Project.

Although there are many we support, we have selected 5 special organizations to bring attention to by painting a concrete truck with their colors and putting their logo on the drum of our concrete trucks. The 5 organizations we selected are: Wounded Warrior Project, Kansas State University Construction Science Department, Wichita State University Business Department, Susan G. Komen – Wichita, and Ronald McDonald House – Wichita. Andale Ready Mix Central Inc. will donate a portion of the profits from every yard of concrete that these trucks deliver to jobsites and at the end of each year, a check will be made out to each organization.

We hope that our contributions to these organizations will make a difference in improving people’s lives. And thank you Wichita and the surrounding communities for supporting our business over the past 18 years. We look forward to serving you for many more years to come.
